4–6 weeks out is ideal, especially if you need a specific venue or a weekend date. That said, we've turned around events in as little as two weeks — reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.
Not at all. We regularly build events for teams with a total mix of experience levels. Complete beginners get a quick warm-up clinic before play starts, and formats are designed so everyone has fun regardless of skill.
Anywhere from small executive groups of 10–20 up through full company events of 100+ players. We scale the venue, staff, and format to fit your crowd.
Yes — if your venue has courts (or space for pop-up courts), we can run the event there. Otherwise we'll source a great venue from our Houston partner network.
We coordinate with food and beverage vendors we trust — from casual food trucks to full catered spreads. You can plug into our vendor network or bring your own; either way we build it into the run-of-show.
Absolutely. Custom signage, branded jerseys or paddles, on-court banners, and a photo/content recap package are all things we regularly build in for corporate clients.
