PickleHTX Spectator Waiver & Liability Release
By registering as a spectator for the PickleHTX Tournament (June 6, 2026, Houston, TX), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending a live sporting event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to errant balls, equipment, and contact with other attendees. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: I hereby release PickleHTX, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from my attendance at this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Media Release: I grant PickleHTX permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings that may include my likeness, taken at this event, for promotional and marketing purposes.
Code of Conduct: I agree to behave in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner and follow all event staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Health & Safety: I confirm I am in adequate health to attend this event and will not attend if experiencing illness symptoms. I agree to follow any health protocols required by the venue.
